End User License Agreement (EULA) for If I Grow

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and PGZone Ltd (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) for the use of the If I Grow iOS mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, PGZone Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

2. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. PGZone Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, design, functionality, and underlying code. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by PGZone Ltd.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App to any third party;
  • Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose;
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the App.

4. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that PGZone Ltd may collect and use technical and related information, including but not limited to information about your device, system, and App usage, to improve our products, provide services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates and Changes

PGZone Ltd may update the App from time to time and may automatically update the App on your device. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or improvements. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or PGZone Ltd. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. PGZone Ltd does not guarantee that the App will function without interruption or error. Use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGZone Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
