I am a certified coach who provides customised career coaching to support career professionals in achieving accelerated growth at work and in their personal lives.
In my 11 years of work experience at Amazon & LinkedIn, I discovered a natural enjoyment for coaching others and a curiosity about how it can be used to drive change. As a people manager, I was challenged by the difficulties of people leadership and learned the importance of being equipped with tools for leadership success. These two experiences led me to transition my career from Talent Acquisition leadership roles into coaching. I am passionate about helping others find greater enjoyment and success in their careers.
I have completed the Level 1 Integrative Coaching Diploma program with Become Coaching & Training and am pursuing the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Accreditation. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & HR from the University of Washington in Seattle, and a certificate in Employee Wellness & Stress Management from Stanford University.
What types of clients do I serve?
I’ve coached professionals from various career backgrounds and industries, such as the Tech Industry, NHS, Civil Service, IT, and Professional Services. I enjoy working with a diverse range of people and thus do not have a requirement that my clients be from a particular industry or job title.
